Following a significant increase in system load, and as part of holiday preparations, we were required to increase our RDS cluster. The writer instances may have momentarily been unaccessible during this upgrade. Any external events that were impacted are automatically reprocessed. This was a one-time upgrade and will result in improved speeds when interacting with the live Violet API.
