Degraded Performance of Webhook Delivery

The tool used to manage the workflow of outbound webhook delivery was no longer able to keep up the volume of outbound webhooks. The resulted in the delayed delivery of some webhooks. This was caused by a significant increase in inbound webhooks as well as a spike in simultaneous onboardings of merchants with very large catalogs. On 02/25 we migrated webhook delivery management back to our legacy system and re-drove the backlog webhooks. There may have been a temporary increase in request timeouts to the API while the backlog was being re-driven. These timeouts were resolved by 2024-02-25T17:18:00.000Z.
